The duration of the programme is twelve (12) months. It does not count toward Articles of Clerkship.
At the start of the programme the graduate trainees are taken through a comprehensive induction programme, which includes topics on: the financial planning process, insurance, investments, retirement planning and financial services legislation.
The successful graduate trainees under the guidance of senior managers then also investigate actual complaints received by this Office. The candidates sign a job compact which sets out what is expected of them in so far as their performance is concerned. Their performance is then evaluated on a quarterly basis through a formal performance appraisal process.
